Hail Storm in Half Moon Bay..

It started out with a picnic breakfast packed to go to the beach for a quick beach walk at Half Moon Bay. Homemade egg and bacon sandwiches, hot Kona Coffee...

See, it was sunny....

We started out picking up all kinds of flotsam and jetsam, and pockets full of sea glass. It was the most shells and sea glass we had seen since before the Tsunami, when the beach was wiped clean.  I couldn't help myself, and wasn't really watching the sky.  Tom was and kept trying to get me to hurry - maybe I should have listened.

I did manage to capture the incoming storm, even though we did not outrun it!

I think it was worth it - look at what I brought home!

  1. What a treasure load! I agree, it was worth it. I have several bags of sea glass that I have collected on Puget sound beaches over the last 6 or 7 years. I use it to decorate my home on different occasions! My shells are from the time we lived in Florida. Have a great day!
